What the forms collect
The enquiry form and the dialogs for services, showroom tours and 3D models ask for a name and a phone number. An e-mail address, a city and a preferred date are asked for only where the form shows those fields. Every enquiry also carries the address of the page it was sent from and the IP address of the request, which is used to stop automated submissions.
An enquiry is delivered as an e-mail to the showroom mailbox through Amazon Simple Email Service. It is not published, sold or passed to advertisers, and the site stores no copy of it in a database.
Wishlist
Saved pieces live in the browser's local storage on the device that saved them. They are never sent to the site and disappear when the browser's site data is cleared.
Measurement and advertising
The site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These set cookies and record the pages viewed, the buttons and links used, the device, browser and approximate location derived from the IP address. The purpose is to see which pages lead to enquiries and to measure advertising. What Google does with this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Analytics can be refused by blocking cookies for this site in the browser settings, or through Google's own opt-out add-on.
What the site does not do
No payment is taken on this site, so no card or bank details are collected. There is no account to register and no newsletter subscription.

To ask what has been recorded about an enquiry, or to have it deleted, write to info@antonovych-home.com from the address used in the enquiry, or send the phone number that was submitted.
